As a Senior Project Lead at Brains on Fire, you will be the linchpin in managing clients and creative projects from inception to completion. Part client relations expert, part project manager, you will serve as the crucial link between client teams and our internal departments (strategy, design, social, brand, etc.), ensuring clear expectations, timelines, and deliverables are established and met.

Our Project Leads come from diverse backgrounds such as digital marketing, design, social media, brand, or production, but they all bring a knack for creative problem-solving and project leadership. You will actively contribute to ideation, strategy, and pitches, always seeking to improve our work and processes through critical thinking and curiosity.

You will manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently, integrating client work seamlessly into the overall agency planning workflow. While you will oversee project budgets, project schedules, internal workflow management, budgets, and find new ways to serve existing clients. You will be a member of and be supported by our bi-coastal Projects Team.

As a Senior Project Lead you are:

• Experienced: You have 7+ years of integrated project leadership experience and can efficiently facilitate project flows across all types of content—from brand conception, design, and video to digital, OOH, and 360 campaigns. This role should be a seasoned project/account lead comfortable jumping into any type of project.
• Creative Partner: You’re a contributing partner to creatives, helping to build the work while simultaneously managing logistical realities. You have the communication skills to manage internal teams and are a problem solver with a team-player attitude.
• Client-Focused: You are experienced with client management and are excited to be a critical client-facing partner, building strong relationships in the process.
• Detail-Oriented: You have sharp attention to detail and the project management skills to create best-in-class content for our clients. You know how to write a scope, plan a project, and partner with business development and finance to ensure every project is smooth, organized, and in progress.
• Confident Presenter: You have strong presentation skills, are a master meeting facilitator, and a client schmoozer who can improvise their way through tight situations.
• Proactive: You’re extremely proactive with a tremendous amount of initiative. You love a challenge and dive headfirst into developing solutions that have never been done before.
• Adaptable and Resourceful: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can work well under pressure, anticipating needs and adapting to various work situations. We are a small team, and this role requires grit. You are a master at being nimble, leveraging our resources effectively for the biggest creative impact.

Compensation for Full Time: Salary starting at 75k based on experience level and location and factored into overall compensation package upon offer of employment.
