About the Role

As a Senior Project Lead at Brains, you serve as the main go-to for managing clients and creative projects from beginning to end. Part client relations, part project manager, you operate as the intermediary between client teams and our internal departments (strategy, design, social, brand, etc.) to ensure we build clear expectations, schedules and deliverables.

Our Project Leads are often multi-disciplinary—coming with various experiences in digital marketing, design, social media, brand or production—but all bring a passion for relationship-building and organization. You are comfortable wearing many hats, whether writing a creative brief, outlining a strategy deck, creating a workback plan or developing a billing schedule. You actively contribute to ideation, strategy and pitches. You are curious, think critically and continuously find new ways for us to improve our work and process.

We expect you can handle running multiple concurrent projects effectively, and keep a pulse on how your client work integrates into the overall agency planning workflow. While you will be responsible for managing your projects’ budgets and billings, as well as contributing to finding new ways to serve your existing clients, this role does not include any new biz/sales responsibility.
