As a Senior Project Lead at Brains on Fire, you will be the linchpin in managing clients and creative projects from inception to completion. Part client relations expert, part project manager, you will serve as the crucial link between client teams and our internal departments (strategy, design, social, brand, etc.), ensuring clear expectations, timelines, and deliverables are established and met.
Our Project Leads come from diverse backgrounds such as digital marketing, design, social media, brand, or production, but they all bring a knack for creative problem-solving and project leadership. You will actively contribute to ideation, strategy, and pitches, always seeking to improve our work and processes through critical thinking and curiosity.
You will manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently, integrating client work seamlessly into the overall agency planning workflow. While you will oversee project budgets, project schedules, internal workflow management, budgets, and find new ways to serve existing clients. You will be a member of and be supported by our bi-coastal Projects Team.

Compensation for Full Time: Salary starting at 75k based on experience level and location and factored into overall compensation package upon offer of employment.
